Mother's Morning Out
Mother’s Morning Out is a "during the week" preschool program designed to provide your child with academic and social skills, as well as spiritual training to create a foundation for further growth in the church, in God, and Jesus. We have provided preschool services for Batesburg families and the surrounding areas for 5 years.
Our program features a Bible-based/center-based curriculum focusing on number, letter, and word recognition, writing skills, counting/math, and science. We also encourage the development of fine and gross motor skills, cooperation, listening, and following directions. Spanish is incorporated into the curriculum on a weekly basis as well. Once a month, all children attend a chapel service in our worship center which includes movie clips, skits, puppets, music, and a monthly memory verse. This service is led by Pastor Neal, our Children’s Minister here at First Baptist Church of Batesburg.
Our Pre-Kindergarten program provides children with the opportunity to explore and expand their learning potential with a focus on kindergarten readiness. Concentration areas are sight words, basic phonics, word families, phonic blends, reading readiness, counting/math manipulatives, and social skills. Quarterly themed field trips further the educational experience.
Our teachers are all Christian women with a heart for children. Half of our staff has been a part of Mother’s Morning Out for its entirety bringing experience and continuity to our program. An excellent teacher to child ratio in the classroom provides more individual attention for your child. All volunteers who associate themselves with our children’s ministry have completed our child protection screening program and have been submitted to a background check.
Select 2 Days a Week – 12 months to Pre-K - Tuesday & Thursday

Elite 3 Days a Week - 12 months to Pre-K – Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday

Premiere 5 Days a Week - 12 months to Pre-K – Monday - Friday

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
